Artist: Aminé

Album: Good For You

Genre: Hip Hop, Rap

Comments:

Never did I ever think that I'd be suggesting a hip hop album. (Not that there's anything wrong with hip hop, it's just not typically my speed.) But, I've been playing this album front to back, on repeat, for a week straight. It's just too good not to mention.

With catchy, creative, quirky, humorous, and straight brilliant compositions and lyrics, I was hooked after hearing "Spice Girl", and thrilled to realize it wasn't the only hit on the album. Backed by "Caroline", "Heebiejeebies", and "Wedding Crashers", this album is perfectly produced gold.

About

pineappleposer is: Kaleigh (KAY-lee).

- This blog is a forum for lovers of film, music, and other forms of media that may not be recognized in pop culture as we'd like them to be. The goal is to hold open discussions about media and to shine light on multiple perspectives, not just popular opinion.

- Why pineapples? It's more about the symbolism than about the literal fruit. Why poser? The irony. Why a blog? Because I'm tired of blathering on about things I'm passionate about in limited characters, and I'm hoping to meet people with similar interests and hold enlightening discussions.
